Everydaily: Do yourself something good every day
The app “Everydaily” has been conceptualised for a research study conducted by the Leuphana University, Lüneburg.
About Everydaily:
During daily life, employees usually have little time for recovery and have therefore great expectations for their next vacation. Disappointingly, the recovery experienced during a vacation is short lived and fades-out soon after having returned to work. It therefore seems all the more important to find relaxation in everyday life and to ensure that you do yourself something good every day.
Everydaily is a smartphone app that supports its users in maintaining their recreational world in everyday life.
Holidaily provides you with:
- 3 suggestions for recovery activities on a daily basis
- storage of favorite memories and experiences
- keeping track of the recovery process
- home screen grows depending on collected points and achieved recovery levels
- own avatar, which reflects user’s wellbeing
This app was constructed by a team of health psychologist from the Leuphana University Lüneburg, the University of Applied Sciences Bonn-Rhein-Sieg, the University of Groningen and the University of Tampere (Finland), in collaboration with the FH Lübeck.
